2.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
2.2 An order is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us.
2.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
- Artwork & Proof Approval
3.1 It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all artwork files are correct before submission.
3.2 We are not responsible for:
- Spelling or grammatical errors
- Low-resolution images
- Incorrect sizing
- Colour variations due to RGB/CMYK conversion
- Errors not identified prior to approval
3.3 Where proofs are provided, production will not begin until written approval is received.
3.4 Once artwork is approved, we accept no liability for errors.
- Colour Variations
4.1 Printed colours may vary slightly from on-screen previews due to monitor settings and printing processes.
4.2 Exact colour matching is not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing (e.g., Pantone matching).
- Pricing & Payment
5.1 All prices are shown in GBP (£) and are [inclusive/exclusive] of VAT.
5.2 Full payment is required before production unless otherwise agreed.

- Turnaround & Delivery

- Late artwork approval
- Incorrect delivery details
- Courier delays
- Events beyond our reasonable control
6.4 Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.
- Cancellations & Refunds
7.1 Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.
7.2 Once printing has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled.
7.3 Due to the custom nature of printed products, items are non-refundable unless faulty.
- Damaged or Faulty Goods
8.1 Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
8.2 We may require photographic evidence before issuing a replacement or refund.
8.3 Our liability is limited to the cost of the printed goods supplied.
- Intellectual Property
9.1 Customers must ensure they have permission to use all images, logos, and content supplied.
9.2 By submitting artwork, you confirm that you hold the necessary rights or licences.
9.3 We accept no responsibility for copyright or trademark infringement.
- Limitation of Liability
